Summer, Summer. Summer Time!!

Summer time in Texas. Gotta love it! It's been in the high 90's for a few weeks now. Today and the rest of the week should be nice and toasty in the 100's. Perfect! We have been spending lots of time in the pool, to keep cool.

We started with swim lessons - which Luke LOVED!! He should be a pro before long!

6 month check-up!

Can you believe Luke is already 6 months old. My does time fly when you're having fun. And fun is definitely what we've been having. It's amazing how much he has change our life. Never a dull moment.

Just a few stats....he weighed in at 16lbs 4oz and was 26 1/4 inches long. He hasn't quiet doubled his birth weight, but with all of the fresh fruits and veggies I've been making him - - it will happen soon enough.

The doc said he is very proportion - and a smiley, healthy, happy 6 month old! This boy is always smiling and laughing.

Concert at the lake...

We love going to the concerts on the lake on Thursday nights. It's fun family time. Here's a few pics from 2 weeks ago as he discovered grass...

First trip to the grocery store without the car seat

This was Luke's first adventure to the grocery store without a car seat. He sat in the cart just like a big boy - well minus the paci!!
